Terms of Service
Effective date: April 30, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using Learnexy ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Paid Features & Credits
The Service uses a credit system for paid features. Credits are purchased through Creem, our Merchant of Record, and are applied to your account after payment confirmation.
Credits are issued in separate batches. Each batch has its own expiry date, and the Service consumes older credits first. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are provided only for use within the Service.
Free signup credits expire 15 days after grant. Paid packs expire according to the plan purchased: Starter 30 days, Study 45 days, Student 60 days, and Power 70 days.
Expiration does not stop a user from seeing their history, but expired credits are no longer available for use.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. In general, credits are not refundable except in the case of processing errors or at our discretion. Expired or partially used credit batches are normally not refundable unless required by law.
5. User Content & Rights
You retain ownership of content you upload. By using the Service you grant us a license to process and store your content to provide the Service. We will not sell your content to third parties.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to generate illegal content, infringe intellectual property, or engage in abusive behaviour. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability for damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated via email or posted to the website.
9. Billing Records and Taxes
Because billing is handled through a Merchant of Record, applicable taxes, charge handling, and payment collection may be processed by Creem. We may retain billing and credit records for accounting, support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
