Pricing
All purchases are processed securely through Creem, our Merchant of Record. Credits are granted only after payment is verified, each purchase becomes its own credit batch, and each batch has its own expiry date.
Credits are consumed in FIFO order, meaning the oldest credits are used first. Unused credits expire based on the purchase batch or grant that created them.

How credit expiry works
Every purchase or signup grant creates a separate credit batch. That batch can be spent until its expiry date, even if you later buy more credits.
Credits never merge into a single lifetime balance. When you use the app, the system spends the earliest expiring credits first so you get the maximum possible value from credits that are closest to expiry.
Free signup credits expire 15 days after they are granted. Paid packs expire on their own schedule: Starter 30 days, Study 45 days, Student 60 days, and Power 70 days.

New users receive 50 free credits on signup plus one free document upload. Free signup credits are also a separate batch and expire 15 days after grant. Additional uploads cost 5 credits each.
How billing works
Creem acts as our Merchant of Record, which means it handles checkout, payment collection, tax calculation where applicable, and card processing. We never store or see your full card details.
When payment is confirmed by Creem, the matching credit batch is created and added to your account. If payment is not confirmed, no credits are issued.
All amounts are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Local taxes may apply depending on your location and the rules applied by the Merchant of Record.
Important purchase notes
Credits are digital usage rights, not cash, not a stored-value account, and not transferable between users.
Because each batch expires independently, you should review your dashboard usage history to see which credits are active, used, or expiring soon.

FAQ
Can I get a refund?
See our Refund Policy. Generally, credits are non-refundable except for processing errors or at our discretion within 14 days. Expired or partially used credit batches are normally not refundable.
How do I view my purchases?
Purchase history is available in your Dashboard under Billing, where you can view each credit batch, its expiry date, and remaining balance.
