3. How We Use Data

We use data to provide the Service, maintain credit balances and expiry dates, train and improve models, detect abuse, and for billing. Uploaded content is processed by our AI pipeline and may be sent to model providers as necessary to generate outputs.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including Creem as our Merchant of Record, hosting, storage, analytics, and AI model providers. Depending on the transaction and your location, Creem may process payment details, tax calculation, and related compliance data on our behalf. We take measures to ensure these providers follow reasonable security practices.

5. Security & Retention

We encrypt data in transit and at rest where supported. We retain content, billing records, and credit-batch records as required to provide the Service, support refunds or disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Expired credit batches may remain in our records for history, accounting, and support purposes.
